Peach Banana Breakfast in a Jar

Prepare these oats overnight and simply grab it in the morning to start your day off right. 


  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • 1 cup kefir


Combine all ingredients in a jar and keep in the fridge overnight. 

Yields 1 serving.
