Grilled Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion
  • 1 serrano or jalapeño pepper, de-seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
