Raspberry Avocado Chia Smoothie

Want a creamy drink without a ton of calories? This raspberry and avocado smoothie tastes decadent and refreshing, and it has the added bonus of protein- and fiber-rich chia seeds to take it to the next level.


  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
