Rocco DiSpirito's Smoked Fish Dip

Dips are a staple of any party for appetizers. However, many are filled with tons of calories and use even higher calorie snacks to dip with. Chef Rocco DiSpirito recommends adding a protein, like this salmon dish, to the appetizer list in order to help your guests eat less food and consume fewer calories. Make this dip with ease in just a few minutes.
- 1 cup smoked fish, like cod or salmon
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp garlic
1. Blend ingredients with a food processor or blender until throughly mixed (dip will be slightly chunky because of the fish).
2. Serve with an assortment of veggies for dipping such as bell peppers, cucumbers, and celery.
