De-stress with this blessings exercise from motivational speaker DeVon Franklin. To begin, print out the template below or just grab a piece of paper and split it into two sections. On one side write down a list of the things you are stressed about. One the other side write down things that are blessings in your life. Here's the catch though, for every one stresser you have, write two blessings. By the end of this exercise you'll realize that you have more things to feel blessed about than stressed about.
