Golden Strength Smoothie

Filled with fiber and nutrients, this smoothie packs a rich and tropical punch. Enjoy it for breakfast as a healthy start to your day. 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
