MCT stands for medium chain triglycerides which are the fuel your cells that your brain likes the most and they help to stop cravings. Coconut oil is an MCT fat that can help stop any craving you have, but especially cravings for sugar. Blend up this smoothie to jumpstart your morning.
- 2-3 large ice cubes
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted almond butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
1. Put ingredients in a blender and blend. Enjoy!
