Thyroid Tune-Up Smoothie

Iodine is one of the key nutrients you need for healthy thyroid function and you can find it in foods like Greek yogurt. Just one cup of Green yogurt contains about half of the recommended daily intake of iodine for both men and women.
- 6 oz Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 tsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice
1. Add ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
