Avocado Mayo

Traditional mayonnaise is packed with sugar, preservatives, and unhealthy ingredients. Make your own mayo with avocado oil instead to blast away belly fat on the 10-Day Belly Slimdown.

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp stevia

Directions

1. Combine egg yolk, dried and Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt in food processor.

 

2. Add oil very slowly, while continuing to blend, until well-combined.
