Dr. Oz's Blueberry Mocktail

Sit down at the end of a long day with this mocktail to help you relax. Blueberries and green tea not only pack an antioxidant punch but can also beat stress and ease anxiety. 

Ingredients

  • green tea
  • 2 cups water
  • splash of blueberry juice
  • handful of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Steep green tea in two cups of boiling water. 

 

2. Let tea cool and serve over ice. 

 

3. Add a splash of blueberry juice for color. Garnish with blueberries and add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten. Enjoy!
