Today’s society makes us feel like it’s normal to be fatigued. If we’re not constantly on the go, working, or stressed out, we must be doing something wrong, right? According to a 2017 study by the National Safety Council, 97 percent of people have at least one risk factor for feeling fatigued and 43 percent say they’re too tired to function at work. With this in mind, we may just consider our own lack of energy as part of the status quo and we won’t be motivated to do anything about it. However, it’s important to recognize that being tired is not actually a healthy part of everyday life. Having less energy can lead to a decrease in mood, lowered productivity, and can even impact your health now and in the long term. Therefore, if you’re feeling tired it’s important to recognize the problem and take steps to correct it. Take this quiz to find out if you could benefit from making some changes in your life.
