As of Sep. 10, 2020, 6 p.m., there are over 6 million cases in the United States. There have been over 191,000 deaths on U.S. soil. While officials are urging social distancing, the stress is real for many who anticipate the virus hitting their hometown. But what's your risk for COVID-19? Most cases are not severe and patients are able to recover. Take this quiz to find out if you could be at a higher risk for developing more severe symptoms and potential complications if you were to get diagnosed with COVID-19.

Quiz: How Clean Is Your House?

Studies show a clean house is good for your physical and mental health.

One study found women who described their living spaces as "cluttered" or full of "unfinished projects" were more likely to be depressed and fatigued than women who described their homes as "restful" and "restorative." The researchers also found that women with cluttered homes showed higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol.

Cleaning can also benefit our mental health! According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, physical activity — like the action of cleaning and the end result of a cleaner home — helps relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
