Total 10 Lunches

If you’re on the Total 10 Rapid Weight-Loss Plan, lunches should be packed with protein. Use 4 oz. of protein (or 6 oz. if you didn’t have protein at breakfast) such as chicken, turkey or fish as your meal’s base; then add as many non-starchy vegetables as you want to build up your lunch.
