  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • pinch of coarse salt


1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Keep chilled and eat as a snack or on top of a yogurt bowl
