You can only have dairy twice a week on the 21-Day Weight Loss Breakthrough Diet. On the days you choose to add a little milk into your meal plan, enjoy this yogurt bowl as a delicious way to jumpstart the day. Add a serving of fruit on top to make your breakfast extra filling. 




  • 1 1/2 cups plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup go-to berries
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chopped walnuts


1. Split yogurt into two 3/4 cup servings. 


2. Top each serving with a half cup of go-to berries, one tablespoon chopped mint, and two and a half tablespoons of chopped walnuts. 


3. Keep chilled until ready to eat.
