30-Second Cranberry Sauce

2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp orange peel, finely grated
1/2 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2 tbsp red Zinfandel
canned cranberry sauce

1. Stir all together.
