1.5 lbs lean ground beef 1/3 cup dried cranberries 1 egg 1/4 cup skim milk 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tbsp of mustard 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic salt 1/4 yellow onion 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs 1 can tomato soup 1/2 can water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Chop up onion into small pieces. Get small frying pan and add tsp olive oil and a splash of water. Once pan is hot, add chopped onions. Cook until soft and light brown on medium heat.
Get large mixing bowl and put ground beef in. Add eggs, milk, ketchup, mustard, oregano, garlic salt, breadcrumbs, cranberries and cooked onions. Mix ingredients with hands or big mixing spoon until all the ingredients are evenly mixed in. Take the ground beef mixture and transfer into a medium size dish and mold to desired shape. Place tomato soup directly on top of meatloaf. Add 1/2 can of water directly on top of soup and place dish into oven. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
