- 1 glass warm or hot water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2-1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp raw, local honey (optional)
