Combine the sugar and water in a small bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.Place the walnuts in a small skillet and cook over medium-high heat, shaking the pan often, until lightly toasted, 3 to 5 minutes.Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture, tossing to coat. Let cool.Place the yogurt in a small bowl and cover with the honey and walnuts.Serve with apple slices for dipping.
