1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp hot water
2 tbsp walnuts
1/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 sliced apple

Combine the sugar and water in a small bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.

Place the walnuts in a small skillet and cook over medium-high heat, shaking the pan often, until lightly toasted, 3 to 5 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the sugar mixture, tossing to coat. Let cool.

Place the yogurt in a small bowl and cover with the honey and walnuts.

Serve with apple slices for dipping.
