These fabulous fuel balls are high in protein, healthy fats and energy – providing nutrients while staying lower in sugar than traditional bars! Best of all, they take just 10 minutes to make.
- 2 cups natural, unsalted, chunky peanut butter
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1 tbsp amber honey
Chop the dried apricots and mix in with the remainder of the ingredients. Transfer to freezer for one hour to set.
Remove from freezer and form into small balls (a melon scoop works well to form them). Store in refrigerator.
