Fresh Fruit Parfait

Don’t have time to jumpstart your day with a nutritious and delicious breakfast? Think again. Chef Art Smith, a favorite of celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Lady Gaga, shares this easy, fast and yummy breakfast recipe – and it’s under 300 calories!

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup granola
1 fresh mint sprig
Portion 1/4 cup yogurt into bottom of glass and drizzle 1/2 tsp honey over it. Top yogurt with 1/4 cup of strawberries and blueberries each. Top fruit with an additional 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/2 tsp honey. Neatly pour granola over yogurt. To finish, garnish with mint.
