Use this recipe when making any gluten-free dish. A single batch is about three cups and is easy to make. It also goes great in this chicken fingers recipe.
- 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup sorghum flour
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 4 tsp potato flour
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
Combine all ingredients and whisk well to mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container for up to three months in the pantry or six months in the refrigerator.
