1 can (9-12 oz) chicken
1 can (8.5-11 oz) mandarin oranges
1 celery stalk
1 scallion
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp Sriracha
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 container of rice noodles
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts
1 lime
Drain canned chicken, mandarin oranges and water chestnuts, and mix with rice noodles. Whisk chopped scallion, sesame seeds, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime all together. Toss chicken mixture with dressing and serve on a plate.
