Avocado Mayo

2 large egg yolks
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup avocado oil
1/4 tsp stevia

1. Combine egg yolk, dried and Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt in food processor.

 

2. Add oil very slowly, while continuing to blend, until well-combined.
