Avocado Toast With a Twist

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 3 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • salt and pepper


1. Toast the whole wheat bread in an oven or toaster.


2. Cook the turkey bacon strips in a pan on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes, turning regularly until crispy.


3. Smash the avocado using a fork and spread it on the toast.


4. Top avocado toast with the turkey bacon and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.
