Baking your eggs is just another way to make hard boiled eggs that seems easier for most people – and they turn out perfect every time! You can either put the eggs directly on the rack or put them in a muffin tin, although we recommend the tin to keep the eggs in place. Bake times range from 20 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your oven, so take one out at 20 minutes and see how close to being done it is.

- 12 eggs
- cold water
1. Place a dozen eggs (or however many you want) in a mini or regular muffin tin.
2. Preheat the oven to 325°, then put the eggs in and bake for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from the oven and instantly immerse in cold water for 10 minutes.
4. For easiest peeling, remove the shells right away, otherwise refrigerate until needed.
