Banana, Blueberry, and Black Bean Smoothie

This black bean-rich smoothie helps to build muscle, add shine to your hair, and can even strengthen your nails. Blueberries and bananas pack an an extra punch, filling this drink with lots of antioxidants and potassium. 

1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 banana
1 cup kefir
1/3 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Purée all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Yields 1 serving.
