- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup white beans
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk
- juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. If you want to add more flavor mix in lemon juice or vanilla extract. Enjoy!
