The best way to keep your colon (and other parts of your body) healthy is by filling your stomach with good foods. This smoothie contains a sizeable dose of white beans which are a great source of fiber to keep things...moving. Blend this smoothie together for the ultimate breakfast treat. 

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup white beans
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk
juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 

 

2. If you want to add more flavor mix in lemon juice or vanilla extract. Enjoy!
