1 bunch curly kale, rinsed and dried
Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Wash and dry the kale.

Remove the thick stem and chop the kale into bite-size pieces.

Pour a little extra-virgin olive oil into a mixing bowl and massage it into the kale.

Arrange the kale on several baking sheets (don’t crowd the leaves).

Sprinkle sea salt over the top.

Bake for 10 minutes, keeping an eye on the chips to make sure they don’t burn.

Get a quick workout in while your kale chips are baking!
