Not only do beets give your smoothie a gorgeous pop of color, they also provide the perfect combination of vitamins and minerals to give your immunity a boost! It's no wonder this recipe is comedian Chuck Nice's favorite; the betaine will reduce inflammation and the strawberries and bananas give you a sweet, yummy flavor, so you'll feel like you're sipping on dessert. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup diced beets
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.
