This is a good formula to follow; start with a base of nut milk or greek yogurt, add healthy fats like avocado and protein like nut butter, then finish with fruit and leafy greens. This shake includes Greek yogurt, a great source of protein and easy to digest, with berries to give you a boost of antioxidants.

- 3 tbsp powdered skim milk
- ½ cup frozen or fresh berries
- 2 cups spinach
- 5 oz non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp flax seed
