Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 scoop egg white protein powder
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, liquids and ice first, and blend well.
