Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook lasagna noodles. Cook ground beef and sausage. Add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley and cinnamon and sauté. Mix in tomatoes and heavy cream.
In separate bowl, combine, egg, ricotta and half the Parmesan.
To build: Coat the bottom of a 13"x9" inch pan with olive oil. Layer with noodles. Then add a layer meat sauce and a layer of ricotta-cheese mixture. Sprinkle layer of mozzarella. Repeat the process starting with the noodle.
For the last layer, add noodles, layer of meat sauce, sprinkle parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese and on top. Bake for one hour at 350°F. You can add a variety of ingredients in the middle layers (or whatever you are craving).<
