This brain-boosting smoothie is made with a Greek yogurt base. The fat content in Greek yogurt supports brain health and may even boost conentration. Flax seeds also provide a dose of omega-3 fatty acids, which fight inflammation and protect the brain at the same time.
- 6 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup chopped green apple
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup ice
1. Add ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
