Breakfast in a Jar

Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the go with this overnight oats recipe. Simply put the ingredients in a jar in the fridge overnight and grab a spoon the next morning. This recipe can also double as a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. 

1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes

1. Layer ingredients in a 16-ounce mason jar, close the lid, and refrigerate overnight.

 

2. When ready to eat, remove the jar from the fridge and give it a quick stir.
