Butternut Squash and Avocado Protein Smoothie

1 cup milk
1/4 avocado
1 cup cubed, raw butternut squash
2 scoops whey protein
4 pitted dates
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 lemon, juiced

In a blender process all ingredients until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
