1 tbsp grape seed oil 3/4 lb ground turkey 1 tbsp chopped garlic 2 cup chopped celery 1 sliced onion 2 tsp caraway seeds 15 oz stewed tomatoes 4 cup chicken broth 1 chopped medium cabbage
Heat the grape seed oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and garlic, stirring occasionally, until turkey is cooked. Stir in the celery, onion, caraway seeds and tomatoes. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring soup to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to low heat and then add the cabbage. Stir until the cabbage is tender and all the ingredients have been married.
