This edible face mask is gentle on the skin and can be used for all skin types. Simply mix and apply it to your face to let matcha's antioxidants take effect and help with signs of aging and more.
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp high-quality honey
- 2 tbsp 2% Greek yogurt
1. In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients, whisk to combine.
2. Using a soft, clean brush apply mixture to a clean, dry face.
3. Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes. Rinse well, pat dry, and enjoy your matcha glow!
