Cantaloupe and Raspberry Shake

Blend up fresh fruit for a morning jump-start or afternoon snack.


  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
  • 2 scoop whey protein
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds


Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
