- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 salt
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Combine and mix all ingredients. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
