  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • pinch of coriander
  • pinch of chili powder
  • pinch of cumin


1. Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash.


2. Add in the other ingredients, mix well, and serve.
