Chef Roblé Ali's fruity and spicy glaze will take your holiday ham to the next level. Made with natural ingredients, you won't have to worry about feeling puffy or bloated from too many preservatives or too much sodium. Just combine a couple spices from your pantry and whip up this flavorful glaze in a matter of minutes.


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juie
  • 1/2 cup spiced rum
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg


1. Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat and stir to combine.


2. Reduce the liquid until it is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 10 minutes.
