Chia Pudding

Makes 4 servings


  • 2 1/2 cups hazelnut milk (or unsweetened almond, hemp, coconut milk)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp raw honey, syrup or coconut palm sugar
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • optional toppings


Combine all ingredients together
 and shake.

Chill for about 2 to 4 hours until tapioca-like pudding consistency.

Serve with some sliced almonds, pistachios and top with some berries, bananas or cinnamon.
