Makes 4 servings
- 2 1/2 cups hazelnut milk (or unsweetened almond, hemp, coconut milk)
- 2 1/2 tbsp raw honey, syrup or coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- optional toppings
Combine all ingredients together
Chill for about 2 to 4 hours until tapioca-like pudding consistency.
Serve with some sliced almonds, pistachios and top with some berries, bananas or cinnamon.
