Swap your sugar-filled morning coffee with this chocolate smoothie for breakfast. While the combination of cauliflower and chocolate might sound gross, Dr. Oz viewers tested the recipe live on-set and thought it was delicious. Psychotherapist and "sugar brain" expert Dr. Mike Dow says that this smoothie has all the right ingredients to help you cut back on your sugar dependency.

- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 seedless dates
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower (make sure it's frozen for better taste)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- dash of salt
- dash of vanilla extract
1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
