  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (heaping)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder or carob powder (heaping)
  • 1 tbsp almond or cashew butter (heaping)
  • Stevia to taste


Blend until smooth and creamy.
