- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- ginger (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
- turmeric (optional)
1. Mix together cottage cheese and cocoa powder until well blended and creamy. Chill and eat cold.
2. Top with ginger, cinnamon, and/or turmeric for an extra metabolism-boosting kick.
