Chocolate Peanut Butter Decadence Smoothie Bowl

3/4 cup milk
1 banana
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup ice
raspberries (optional)
hemp seeds (optional)

1. In a blender, process the milk, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, and ice until smooth and creamy.
