Chocolate Protein Shake

Daymond John's "Rise and Grind" plan is all about starting your day off on the right foot. This delicious chocolate energy shake from Bite Club member Avery gives you a boost of energy to keep you full, focused, and ready to conquer your goals. 

3/4 cup coffee (strong, chilled)
1/2 cup whole milk
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 cups ice

1. Add the whole milk and strong coffee to the blender. Make sure to add them to the blender before the protein powder. If you add the protein powder to the blender first it will stick to the bottom of the blender!

 

2. Add the protein powder and ice to the blender. You can also add some chocolate syrup at this time too.

 

3. Blend the mixture on high until completely blended.

 

4. Place in glasses with smoothie straws.
