Cinnamon and Walnut Shake

Walnuts are high in omega-3 fatty acids and have the highest antioxidant profile of all nuts. Add to that the blood sugar–stabilizing and metabolism-boosting cinnamon, and you’ve got yourself one sweet shake!

1 cup walnuts
2 cups filtered water
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Soak the walnuts in water for a few hours or overnight.


Drain the liquid and discard.


Place the walnuts and filtered water in a blender and pulse until smooth.


Add cinnamon and pulse again.
