Coconut Oats Berry Breakfast Jar

Add the berries of your choice into this recipe for an extra antioxidant boost. 

1/3 cup rolled oats
1 cup kefir
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp walnut pieces
1/3 cup mixed berries

Layer all of the ingredients in a 16-ounce mason jar the night before and refrigerate until breakfast.

Stir before serving.

Yields 1 serving.
